INSTRUCTORS
Our trainers and instructors represent a variety of backgrounds, various levels of fitness industry experience, and fitness format specialties. Each one brings their own style and flavor to the fitness formats they specialize in, with all sharing a love for fitness and the desire to help people reach their fitness goals while proving that fitness can be fun.

CARMITA
Join Carmita for Mixxedfit. This body-weight toning class mixed with a little dance and a lot of explosive movement and a whole lot of fun. All skill levels class. You can also catch Carmita for Xtreme Burn, a hard hitting cardio program filled with combos of punches, kicks, high knees and more to non stop mixes of Hip Hop & R&B music that will keep you motivated to move. Additional fitness formats Carmita may be scheduled to instruct: Xtreme Hip Hop, Chair One Fitness.
TYRA
Want a class that will make you forget you’re working out? Dance the day away with Tyra at her COMMIT class. With a playlist that covers a variety of genres, COMMIT combines fun dance fit choreography with dynamic, low to high-intensity interval training that’s sure to get your heart rate up. Additional fitness formats Tyra may be scheduled to instruct: Xtreme Hip Hop, Chair One Fitness.


BEE
Having been in the fitness industry for almost 3 decades, Bee started with command training on military bases with Marine recruits, and went on to teach different programs such as Cycling, Les Mills, Xtreme Hip-Hop Step, Zumba, Strong, Pilates, and Barre!
Currently a personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, Bee has her degree in Exercise Science and in further efforts to give back to her community - is pursuing a career as a Dietician/Nutritionist!
TODD
Todd is a group fitness instructor and trainer with 30-plus years of fitness industry experience. He is well-versed in resistance training, circuit training, boot camp, and stretch and strength training.


NICK
He started training other people in 2018 and like to incorporate his knowledge of martial arts into training. He likes to think physical fitness can also help people out not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. He believes in not just building muscle but having and using functional muscle.
