Join Carmita for Mixxedfit.  This body-weight toning class mixed with a little dance and a lot of explosive movement and a whole lot of fun. All skill levels class. You can also catch Carmita for Xtreme Burn, a hard hitting cardio program filled with combos of punches, kicks, high knees and more to non stop mixes of Hip Hop & R&B music that will keep you motivated to move. 80's step aerobics has been reborn with a twist. Xtreme Hip Hop is making step great again.  Whether you’re a beginner on the step or you’ve been around the block a couple of times, catch a class with "Mz Beastmode", Biyama. This class is all about the cardio burn and lots of fun from start to finish.  Remember your water because Biyama will have you sweating. Class is beginner level friendly, but open to all skill levels. Additional fitness formats Biyama may be scheduled to instruct: Chair One Fitness.


Want a class that will make you forget you’re working out? Dance the day away with Tyra at her COMMIT class. With a playlist that covers a variety of genres, COMMIT combines fun dance fit choreography with dynamic, low to high-intensity interval training that’s sure to get your heart rate up. Join Jassiem in "The Movement", a mixed disciplines class of Yoga, Calisthenics, Gymnastics (no tumbling), Primal Movement, and evolving mental well being.

The premise of this class is self discovery and making known the unknown.

Forget all the frills and fluff and come see Cheyenne for Basic Training. You’ll get some military style calisthenics mixed with light weight and/or resistance training. Class has variations and modifications for all skill levels. Class focus is on proper form of each exercise. Each class may vary between stamina, endurance and strength training. Class is set to a variety of genres of music to keep your spirits and gains high.
