MEET OUR
INSTRUCTORS

Our trainers and instructors represent a variety of backgrounds, various levels of fitness industry experience, and fitness format specialties.  Each one brings their own style and flavor to the fitness formats they specialize in, with all sharing a love for fitness and the desire to help people reach their fitness goals while proving that fitness can be fun.

CARMITA

Join Carmita for Chair One Fitness classes.  This fun all-inclusive fitness program will literally have you dancing in your seat!  It is a great option for those with physical limitations of standing during a workout, have balance issues, Alzheimers and more.  It is a great workout for almost anyone. Check the schedule and get into class!  Additional fitness formats Carmita may be scheduled to instruct:  Step Aerobics, Mixxedfit.

Christie

She is our Salsation group fitness instructor. Christie loves to dance and put smiles on others faces through teaching group fitness classes.

Get into a Mixxedfit class with Mz Bee.  Mixxedfit is a people inspired fitness program that combines bodyweight with explosive movements. You'll have so much fun in this class, you will forget it's a full body workout!

TODD

Todd is a group fitness instructor and trainer with 30-plus years of fitness industry experience.  He is well-versed in resistance training, circuit training, boot camp, and stretch and strength training.  Todd is currently licensed and certified in Silver Sneakers, Mixxedfit and is also a certified Personal Trainer, 

Todd currently instructs Silver Sneakers and Strength and Mobility classes on our schedule.

NICK
(US Navy Veteran)

Nick started training others in 2018. He likes to incorporate his knowledge of martial arts into training. He likes to think physical fitness is beneficial not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. He believes in not just building muscle, but also having and using functional muscle.
