Each one brings their own style and flavor to the fitness formats they specialize in, with all sharing a love for fitness and the desire to help people reach their fitness goals while proving that fitness can be fun.
He started training other people in 2018 and like to incorporate his knowledge of martial arts into training. He likes to think physical fitness can also help people out not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. He believes in not just building muscle but having and using functional muscle.
